LAND ACQUISITION
Pure Development purchases undeveloped land situated in high-growth areas. We acquire land that we believe is located in the path of progress. This land that has not appreciated significantly in value from peripheral development or horizontal development. We execute a buy-and-hold strategy while waiting for demand-driven development to reach its location. These demand-driven factors cause the land to appreciate. We understand the importance of growth and the potential of raw in peripheral areas.

LAND DEVELOPMENT
Pure Development acquires development parcels in high-growth markets where vertical development is likely in two to three years. Typically, this means land parcels that lie within the boundaries or near the periphery of current high-growth areas. After acquiring these parcels, the Pure Development team executes a well-defined development plan. The defined development plan typically includes utility work, infrastructure development, entitlement, and legal structuring. This process is often defined as "horizontal" development. Upon completion, we market the approved parcels to end uses or other developers who specialize in vertical development. Pure Development includes professionals experienced in land development and understanding the land market.

VERTICAL DEVELOPMENT
Pure Development executes vertical development in high-growth areas. Our development team reviews all development opportunities and carefully plans all aspects of development before initiating a project. Once we fully evaluate the financial merits of the particular project, we engage our team of architects as well as third-party professionals - engineers, contractors, marketing specialists, leasing brokers, and construction managers - to assist in designing the buildings, managing construction, and marketing the property. We manage the entire process and oversee all the various third-party professionals to ensure successful development.
